Product Marketing Managers

5 Positions - Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Singapore, Dubai

We are looking for aggressive target-driven sales people with prior B2B sales experience in the online marketing domain or a SAAS platform. Most importantly, you need to be able to understand a complex online marketing platform, and present simple solutions tailored to customers' specific pain points. This role requires both hunter and farmer skills.

The role is expected to understand and present to customers a solution to solve their online marketing challenges. The position requires to have deep understanding of online marketing in verticals like - like finance, travel, ecommerce, automobiles, portals and more.

Product Marketing Managers also doubles-up as Pre & Post sales consultants to the clients, working very closely with the Account Managers. This is a high-pressure role requiring consistent raising of the bar to uncover additional improvement opportunities for existing and new clients.

We would love to work someone who has

Worked on a consumer product management, online marketing or product marketing role
Understands complex web marketing problems; and drive solutions through our SAAS platform Ohana QB.
Extremely familiar with web analytics and online marketing concepts and be a champion of generating and using data-driven insights for driving business results.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience with exposure to business development & product marketing.

Account / Analytics Managers

3 Positions - Hyderabad (2) + Mumbai (1)

This position requires you to collaborate very closely with clients, understand & dig deep consumer behavior and data insights; recommend customers closely on marketing opportunities that enhance performance.

This is a cross-functional role requires deep engagement with engineering, product management and sales to drive results for our clients' online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and do exploratory analysis for them, in addition to algorithmic recommendations generated by our platform. This is a high-pressure role requiring consistent raising of the bar to uncover additional improvement opportunities for clients.

We would love to work someone who has

Experience and understanding of online consumer businesses & marketing in domains like finance, travel, ecommerce, automobiles and large publishers.
Extremely familiar with web analytics and online marketing concepts and be a champion of generating and using data-driven insights for driving business results.
Able to contribute ideas to the product team, to constantly improve our recommendation and analytics engines.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with online marketing, be extremely numerate and analytical, and with some prior exposure to modelling.

Graphic Designer / Visualizer

We are looking a graphic visualizer with hands-on experience in online advertising. Candidates with earlier experience at a media agency, advertising background and online marketing domain are expected to drive this function independently.

We would love to work with someone who has:

Proven experience in online marketing and ability to gauge and measure impact of a good creative
Hands-on and master with Photoshop, Flash, Image Optimization softwares
Have directly dealt with clients, customers and understood campaign briefs and deliver at excellence.
Team member, working closely with product marketing managers & account managers
About 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

UI Engineer

We are looking for a rockstar UI engineer to join our team in building fast and intuitive user interfaces for advertisers, agencies and partners. This role requires complete ownership of our entire front-end experience across our suite of products.

We would love to work with someone who has:

Proven experience in shipping a kick-ass UI for a new product
Interest in owning the entire end-user experience in close collaboration with product management
Prior exposure to one or more of GWT/Ajax/Jquery/JSON/Action-scripting
Ability to think out of the box and contribute innovative RIA UI elements to the design process
Ability to make browsers sing to your tune - across browsers!

Software Engineer - Machine Learning

2 Positions

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes data, and gets a kick out of building predictive models which make dumb machines appear smart ! This role involves working on our recommendation and optimization engines for the OhanaQB platform. You are expected to solve hairy problems with data & algorithms, incorporate an efficient implementation of the same in our platform and produce real business value for our platform customers. You would also be contributing towards custom data-mining efforts for large clients.

We would love to work with someone who has:

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science with coursework/projects in machine-learning/data mining
Business Acumen - focus on end results which help generate real business value
A clear understanding of the online marketing domain - SEM, Display Advertising, Social Media
Prior professional experience in building and coding predictive models and setting up machine- learning pipelines

Senior Software Engineer - Hadoop

2 Positions

We are looking for bright, innovative and passionate engineers who don't shy away from attacking difficult problems, to join our team in Hyderabad. If building software to manage and analyze massive volumes of data, creating innovative algorithms to add real value to customer's business, with continuous focus on building self-optimizing processes - and playing with a bunch of cool techniques and tools (MapReduce / Nutch / GWT / Hibernate / Weka). To put it in short - you will work with us to build an world class advertising technology platform that is miles ahead of market offering.

You will be a key member for our small team working on our "big data" analytics engine - effectively the heart of platform. If working with terrabytes of data to produce actionable analytics and real business results excites you - we want to hear from you.

We would love to work with someone who has:

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science - preferably with some course work in distributed systems or large scale database systems
An aptitude for problem-solving with minimal guidance
Exposure to using Hadoop and PIG/Hive in real-world applications or other scalable large volume data management technologies
