Minimum Eligibility Requirements for Brand ‘Ohana

When we evaluate new publishers, there are some basic requirements that must be met before we can consider accepting a site. Acceptance is based on overall quality of content and design, current advertising needs, and other subjective criteria.

Your Site Must:

• Have strong vertical content on your overall site or a section of your site. Sites of links to other people's content are not accepted
• Provide current, regularly updated content.
• Be able to direct traffic of at least 1,000,000 page views or 50,000 uniques per month to Ohana Media.
• Agree to posting our Demographic Survey on your site.
• Reside on a top-level domain. No sites hosted on free providers are eligible.
• Have a sizeable percentage of your traffic from emerging markets (Asia, Middle East, Latin America)

Your Site May Not:

• Contain any adult, sexually explicit, or mature content, use explicit language, or link to adult or sexually explicit content.
• Allow Ohana Media ads on any sites or pages for which you are not directly responsible or any sites that have not been reviewed and approved by Ohana Media.
• Infringe on any material protected by copyright.
• Allow timed rotation or auto refresh of Ohana Media banners.
• Show ads on pages that contain user-submitted content that is un-moderated.

Terms

All new publishers to the network are initially recruited into the month-to-month non exclusive payment tier. You can accept these terms and conditions online when you signup as publisher.

Under an exclusive contract, which needs to be drawn up on paper, Ohana Media will be the sole source of advertising for your site except for advertising sold by your employees.

Payments are made by the 30th of every month on Net 45 terms by wire transfer or cheque.
